Customer Success Manager
Support key accounts and ensure developers successfully scale their blockchain applications with us
About the role
You'll support Tokra's growing customer base, ensuring developers successfully integrate our APIs and scale their blockchain applications. You're the bridge between our users and product team, turning customer feedback into features while keeping churn low and expansion revenue high.
What you’ll be doing
Own relationships with 30-50 key accounts generating $5k-$50k MRR each
Onboard new customers with technical guidance and integration support
Monitor usage metrics and proactively reach out when customers hit issues or limits
Identify upsell opportunities and drive expansion revenue through higher-tier plans
Gather product feedback and advocate for customer needs with engineering
Create playbooks and processes as we scale from 15 to 50+ team members
Troubleshoot technical issues (you'll need to read API logs and error messages)
About you
3+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support for SaaS/API products
Technical enough to read code, debug API issues, and talk to developers
You understand SaaS metrics: churn, NRR, expansion revenue, activation rates
Excellent communication skills - you can explain technical concepts clearly
Comfortable with Intercom, Metabase, and CRM tools
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in remote environment
Bonus: experience in blockchain, Web3, or developer infrastructure
